CELESTIAL NIGHT - ACQUAINTANCE PARTY MASTER PLAN

PRE-REGISTRATION
To determine the official number of attendees, the NSBO will set a google form as pre-registration of the
said event. This will indicate baseline information regarding the contributions and number of participants
we need to cater. The event is open for students who are enrolled for this upcoming semester and
clinical instructors of the College of Nursing.

CONFIRMATION
Once we have arrived at the final finances and arrangements, we will be conducting confirmation emails
for those who will be attending the said event. We will be providing gate passes to ensure that only
Lormanian Student Nurses who have successfully confirmed their attendance will show up during the
event. This time, the students will pay their supposed dues to their respective class treasurers and will
submit the cash to the NSBO Finance Team on the said due date.

REGISTRATION
The actual event will start at 4:00 PM. Gates will open at 3:00 PM for registration and waiting time. We
will be placing officers at the entrance of the venue to check their gate pass and identification cards. We
will cross reference it with the masterlist that was generated by the confirmed attendees. Just like what
we have in practice, we will be preparing videos, backgrounds, and music to entertain the delegates and
make the tech experience extra.

THE GRAND ENTRANCE

Starting when the gates are open, students and clinical instructors will walk to a special red carpet in
which they will be able to have an opportunity to pose for the photobooth before actually going inside
the room. This part of the program is inspired by the ABS-CBN Ball Grand Entrance. During the Grand
Entrance, no one is allowed to obstruct the hallway unless they are facilitators. A proper entrance and
exit will be provided and students will have another chance to enjoy the photo op after all attendees are
done with their Grand Entrance.
OPENING
Opening spiels from the host will be filling the excitement of the crowd. Then the SalinHimig or College
of Nursing Chorale will sing the Preliminaries: Doxology, Pilipinas kong Mahal, and Lorma Hymn. The
welcome remarks will be delivered by the dean of the College of Nursing, Mrs. Marites C. Pagdilao.

SOCIALIZATION GAMES
After the opening program, we will be conducting socialization games as ice-breakers before we continue
with the event. This is scheduled to run from 4:30 PM until 6:00 PM. During this time, the guest bands
will now have their early dinner for them to prepare for their gig after the games. This part of the
program is designed to increase participation and bond of the student nurses. All games are for groups
to ensure participation of the masses.

JAMMING SESSION
Muzika Lorma and Purple Hail will perform during this time. They are welcome to invite singers emerging
from the students to jam with or accept song requests as well. During this time, students may use the
dance floor to show their grooves and moves. Students can also use this to socialize with everyone.

Students and clinical instructors can nominate the following categories for the night. To determine the
winner, we will be implementing 1 PISO = 1 VOTE policy in which the proceeds will be directed to the
