When my manager suggested me to write a report about my six months working in

such a big enterprise as it is Microsoft, I knew exactly what to say about it. The aim of
this proposal is to guide new workers in this big journey and make them aware of some
of the most unpleasant situations but also some of the most rewarding achievements
that it can carry out.

The most difficult part of working is the radical change when you finish college and
start working. Although at the beginning you can feel lucky not only because it is your
first job but also because you have a lifelong ambition. The truth is that sometimes you
may be overloaded being unable of coping up with all the work you have to do. College
doesn’t prepare you good enough to deal with moral problems which is vitally
important when working in a big business.

On the other hand, after six months working here, I have achieved a huge success in
motivating my colleagues and solving recurrent problems. Without any doubt this is
the most remarkable achievement as you have to deal with problems and find out a
solution every day in your working life. Moreover, I consider highly important to
implement a coach the previous days to explain how things work so you won´t have
any difficulty in adapting yourself to the workforce.

All in all, after six months working, I am highly motivated to success in my work, and I
invite every single person to see how rewarding it can be.
