Make a

Seasonal
Diorama
 MAKE A 4-PART SEASONAL DIORAMA

Represent the seasons with a four-section diorama. A

student could create all four sections or a team of four
could be responsible for each diorama. On the lines on
each section, students describe the season possibly
including an explanation for the cause of the season,
activities unique to the season, or expected weather.

Follow directions (PAGE 2) to create a section of the diorama. Cut out each square and
fold, corner to corner, in both directions. Reverse the folds to make it easier to construct
the diorama. Cut along the solid line, slide the triangular section with writing over the blank
section, and staple in place.

Staple the four sections as shown on the video (VIDEO 1).

(PAGES 11-14), kids for students to color

 Decorate the top half of the triangle.

Write on the lines on the bottom triangle.
June - September

Fold a square piece of paper in half

diagonally.

Make a second diagonal fold.

Cut from one corner to the center where

the fold lines intersect.

Fold the decorated half over the top and

staple together.

Repeat to create four dioramas.

Staple together to form a display
of the four seasons.
