The In-service Training Program for teachers is a continuing education program basically for the
professional, spiritual, socio-cultural and psychological development of the teachers. This aims the
following:

A. To orient and reorient teachers to their roles as Benedictine Educators in the formation of
the youth
B. To prepare and equip teachers for the coming school year
C. To update and enrich the curricular and instructional plans and programs
