EP A path inlet damper actuator elect side cable connection done & inst connection will be done.
LRSB 27 traverse motor not operate during trial.Elect side checking required.
RCF B hinge gate replaced.Plate valve will open.
Boiler : 2 Steaming Normal.
LRSB 27 & 28 operation sequence started at the same time.Same observed in field, Elect side checking U/P
RCF C axial movement observed.Same checking u/p.
Clinker grinder frequent overload.Mech side checking u/p.
Boiler : 3 Steaming Normal.
Mill D vibrator Motor bottom side flange missing bolts provided and also tightning done.
Ash : Normal.
GT : Running Normal.
Inlet air filter North side first header SOV 21Y23 detached. For that both sides filter removal required.
Oil Centrifuge bowl cleaning job u/p.
HRSG : Steaming Normal.
GFD diverter damper MOV trial taken in presence of Elect. but MOV not operated. Further checking
will be done by elect after availability of third party
SOx, NOx analyzer routine calibration u/p
TG-1 : Running normal
Turbine at 20 & 25 MWH trial taken. Vacuum is -0.83KG/CM2 at 25MWH load
CEP-1 high gland leakage. Gland external tightening done and again pump taken in service.
Oil Centrifuge bowl cleaning job u/p.
TG-2 : U/S/D.
BLR-4 : U/S/D.
CBD conductivity analyzer replacement job u/p.
NGCT : Normal.
CT fan 4 motor PM job u/p. CT cell 2 taken inline and CT fan stopped.
CL2 tonner is empty. Connection to be C/O.
CHP : Normal.
