I DR, ANDREW MAANYI Aged 48 years and currently a doctor and a consultant ant Mulago
Cancer Institute. HEREBY MAKE THIS WILL AND DECLARE IT TO BE MY LAST
WILL AND TESTAMENT. This will hereby revoke any of former Wills and I have made this
Will while of sound mind and freely without coercion, persuasion or duress.

1. MARRIAGE

I am lawfully married to ROXETTE MWANGU MAANYI

2. CHILDREN

God has blessed us with children from my marriage with ROXETTE MWANGU namely:

1. LINA MAANYI aged 15 years.

2. LAMBERT MAANYI aged 12 years.
3. BLESSINGS MAANYI aged 5 years

1. A modern farm and milk processing plant at Mende in Busiro

2. 30 acres of land at Ttanda Mityana Distarict
3. 10 acres of land at Nsuube in Mukono district
4. A four bedroomed house
5. A Four-bedroom house in which I live with my wife and children
6. Money on my Bank Accounts.
7. (50) shares in Danzel Construction Co. Ltd
8. A plot of Land at Ntinda, Kampala City, measuring (200 x 200 feet). Housing Finance
Bank registered a mortgage on this land. I am due to complete repayment of the loan in
December 2025.
9. Land at Ntinda- Kibuga Block 230 PLOT 165 with a block of residential apartments.
Monthly rental income from this property is approx. (50) million Uganda Shillings).

10. A modern and popular grocery known as Bukoto Shoppers’ Delight, whose business
worth is (100) million Uganda Shillings.

11. Bukoto Guest House-This land and business is worth 200million Uganda Shillings.

2. A modern and popular grocery known as Bukoto Shoppers’ Delight, whose business
worth is 100 million Uganda Shillings. (Block…Plot)

7 CONDITION BEQUEST
1. I would like to ensure that on my death, none of my beneficiaries are prejudiced
and that their needs are fully met.
2. My children must have a very good education and their welfare should never be
comprised.

8 . BURIAL AND LAST FUNERAL RITES

Upon my death, my body shall be laid to rest at Ssingo.

9. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, no any other person except as this will provide

shall share in my property upon death.

10.. GENERAL

1. Words signifying one gender shall include the others and words signifying the singular shall
include the plural and vice versa where appropriate.

2. Should any provision of this will be judged by an appropriate court of law as invalid it shall
not

affect any of the remaining provisions whatsoever

11. CUSTODY OF MY WILL

I have made four (2) copies of this Will and are kept as follows: -

1. One copy with my wife ROXETTE MWANGU MAANYI

2. second copy with my Lawyer DANZO AND CO. ADVOCATES

IN WITNESS WHEROF, I the said DR, ANDREW MAANYI have fixed my signature on each
page of the will in the presence of my witnesses who have also attested to the same.

the best of our knowledge Dr. Andrew Maanyi the testator, is of legal age to make a will, appears
