Podcast Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to come on the Scales Your Sales podcast (herein referred to as the “Programme”), you
(herein referred to as the “Guest”) consent to the recording and distribution of reproduction(s) of your
voice and performance as part of the programme by Janice B. Gordon.

Guest hereby agrees to the recording and broadcast or other distribution of reproduction(s) of the Guest’s
voice as part of the Programme. The guest does hereby acknowledge that Podcaster is the sole owner of
all rights in and to the Programme, and the recording thereof, for all purposes; and has the right, among
other things, to distribute the Programme one or more times by any medium or mode of transmission
whatsoever. Any materials relating to the production and distribution of the Programme become property
of Janice B. Gordon.

Nothing contained in this Podcast Guest Release Form shall be construed to obligate
Janice B. Gordon to use or exploit any of the rights granted or acquired by Janice B. Gordon, or to make,
sell, licence, distribute or otherwise exploit the Programme or Materials whatsoever.

Guest will receive no compensation for appearances on and participation in the Programme.

Guest's name, likeness and photograph may be used in connection with the Programme, and in advertising
and promotional material for the Programme, but not as an endorsement of any product or service.

Guest hereby releases and discharges Janice B. Gordon together with all of Janice B. Gordon's principals,
shareholders, officers, employees, agents, successors, heirs, assigns and affiliates from any and all
liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting,
distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the above-mentioned production.
