Dear Sir Jondonero:

The High School Department, during our meeting last September 2, 2022, agreed to avail on the outing incentive for
September 28-30, 2022. Since September 27, 2022 is a holiday, we agreed that we will schedule our department
outing on this day. We have agreed to go to Blu Sands resort at Initao, Misamis Oriental.

In our planning, we have decided to use our P2000/worker outing allowance for the payment of the cottages, catering
for our lunch, and eat-all-you-can meal at Royal Panda. Below is our itinerary:

7AM - Departure
8AM - Estimated arrival at Blu Sands
12NN - Lunch at Blu Sands (Caterer will just deliver the food to us)
5PM - Departure from Blu Sands
5:30PM - Eat-all-you-can buffet dinner at Royal Panda

Other expenses for the outing include: transportation allowance (car rental with gas refill for those who have no car,
while those with cars will use this allowance for gasoline allotment), “chicheria”, and drinks.

We believe that having this activity would allow us to de-stress from the hectic demands of our work, break our
monotonous routine, boost our confidence, build interpersonal relationships, and create positive culture in the
department. With this said, we would like to ask your support through providing travel allowance to the teachers who
have expressed their interest to join the trip.
