I Affan Nadeem, express my gratitude to our esteemed Director IBMAS Prod.Dr.Jawad

Iqbal for their approval and providing us a platform so that we are able to stand before you

today. He has assisted us in not just our development but also in enhancing our creativity,

skills and knowledge. Secondly, a heartfelt thanks to our esteemed Chairman of the

Department of Administrative Sciences, Dr. Shahid Mehmood who have always been so

kind & humble and have always given us a support & motivation in coming forth and

showcasing our talents. Last, but not the least we are extremely thankful to all our teachers,

without whom we would be incomplete as students. They have been always here to assist and

advise us in unimaginable ways. They helped us with the development of ideas and the

execution of those ideas. I also can't help but admire my Student Club & Event

Management team's tenacious attitude, which went above and beyond to guarantee in

successfully organizing and completing the event. We all also owe a special appreciation to
