Dear Parents/Guardian of all GRADE 8-12 LEARNERS going into 2024
It is the pleasure of Maywil cc to supply your child with the necessary stationery packs and/or textbooks for the year 2024 at a
competitive price.
Schools are ordering their stationery and/or textbooks now as we have experienced in the past that during December/January most
Publishers and Suppliers are out of stock and can only supply towards the end of February, beginning March. Secondly, some English
set books come from overseas which takes 8 weeks to arrive in South Africa. In order to avoid disappointment, it is strongly
suggested that you order now.
Should you take this opportunity to order from Maywil cc the following TERMS and CONDITIONS apply:
· Please look at the attached page for dates that Maywil cc will be at the school for placing new orders
(accompanied by money) and deliveries. Otherwise will be announced on the school’s communicator
· Order forms must be accompanied by proof of payment, otherwise it will not be processed but discarded.
· It is the parent’s responsibility to make sure that Maywil has received the order form as well as proof of payment.
· Parents and learners must make 100% sure that the correct order form is completed and that they have ordered
the correct stationery and/or textbooks.
· Under no circumstances must the money for textbooks and/or stationery packs supplied by Maywil cc
be paid to the school. Maywil cc is not part of the school. Please do not pay school fees into Maywil’s account.

· Maywil cc is a wholesale agent and not a retailer. We do not hold Stock; we order when we receive your
order and proof of payment.
· Orders placed and paid for cannot be cancelled, as once the order has been processed, suppliers are unable to
cancel. Should this happen, the parent will then be at liberty to sell the textbooks and/or stationery packs to another
learner. NO CANCELATIONS / NO REFUNDS
· Should a textbook arrive late due to circumstances beyond Maywil’s control, such as but not limited to, power
failure at Publishers/Printers; books are in reprint or books coming from England, Maywil cc will not be held liable
for the late delivery of that specific book. However, we will notify the school about delays. Should a brand of
stationery no longer be in stock, a similar quality/price will be supplied instead to avoid delays. So please order early.
· Any late orders of stationery can take from 4 working days to complete. Textbooks can take
from 7 working days and more to arrive from publishers if stock is available. So please order early.
· The School will be notified beforehand when books will be delivered.
· Proof of payment (deposit slips, receipt or EFT) must be presented every time your child receives
textbooks and/or stationery packs – this will prevent another child (who never ordered books) from taking your
child’s book. Should your child lose his proof of payment, and another child claims his textbooks and/or stationery
packs, Maywil cc will not be held responsible.
· Should there be an incorrect payment, there is an admin/bank charge fee of R100.
· The Home Delivery option (check order form if service is available to your school) is only Available for orders placed
before 5 December 2023. Delivery is only in Gauteng province, not including Pretoria, Ga-Rankuwa, Daveyton, Springs, Nigel,
Heidelberg, Lenasia, Soweto and Krugersdorp. Orders will be sent via ourselves or third party. Orders will be attempted
between 8am-3pm 3rd-7th January 2024. Should there be any outstanding books/Stationery, they will be delivered at the
school as per our normal arrangement.
· Orders placed or not collected after the first term, will be charged the home delivery fee and will
only be completed when the money has been paid.

Please understand, we are only able to come through on the following days. Please Make sure you Order early. Dates
Maywil cc will be at Hoërskool Jeugland to deliver stationery packs to parents/learners as well as collection of new
Orders with Payments (Cash Only):

PLEASE NOTE: Any orders placed after 13th January 2024 will take 4+ working days for delivery, from date of placing
and payment of the order. Person collecting the stationery packs must bring proof of payment - without proof of
payment stationery pack cannot be issued. Orders placed after the due date (31 December 2023) could be subjected to
price increase. There are NO home delivery options. Any further information the school will be notified.
