CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

This consignment agreement is entered into on ____________, by and between Love Poli (the “Consignee”) and the
“Consignor” listed below (and, together with the Consignor, collectively the “Parties”)

WHEREAS, the Consignor owns certain products, described in SECTION 1 below (the “Products”)
WHEREAS, the Consignor wishes to sell the Products on a given period which may be 2 weeks or in any other period as may
be agreed upon the parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual premises and covenant contained in this agreement, the parties hereby
agree as follows:
(1) That the Consignor shall shoulder the shipping fees including shipping fees in the event that the consignor wishes
to terminate the agreement;
(2) That the Consignor acknowledges the condition of Products received by the Consignee who shall provide detailed
pictures for reference;
(3) That the Consignee shall be allowed to by the Consignor to make a thorough inspection of the Products for signs of
counterfeit and any other flaws
(4) That the Consignor shall pay the Consignee 1,500 pesos for authentication costs each product deemed counterfeit;
(5) That the Consignor fully acknowledges the agreement on the insurance provided by the Consignee;
(6) That the Price of the consigned items may be changed from time to time as may be agreed upon by the parties.
