1. Combine phase A and high shear for 20 minutes or until gel network forms. Heat phase A
to 70°C.
METHOD

2. Combine phase B and heat to 70°C.


3. Add phase B to phase A and stir under low shear until a glossy homogenous emulsion
forms.
4. Allow to cool <40°C and add phase C under low shear mixing until homogenous.
5. Check/adjust pH to 5 – 5.5.
6. Give product a final stir the next day before packing off.
