With due respect I would like say that the college GIF came before from 2018
but the amount deposited in Jan – 19. The accounts numbers of inlisted employees
are not updated it date 29-11-17. Hence it is not possible to set the annual account
slip on for the financial year.

Therefore I request you kindly update the GIF number with the mobile number
no. - of the employees. It is for your information with require action at
your end.

That

The college established from 1991 and the EPF contribution deposited from 1st
Aug 1994 to 31 May 2017. The college came to the GIA fold by the order of Govt. of
Odisha Higher Education on Date . After receiving the GIA the EPF
contribution of both employees and employers is closed. But the EPF account are
not closed till now for which the employees are supra are not able to prepare
their

members and provide us the account cheque of the said employees
