KEY FEATURES:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 Assured Buyback Benefit / ABB Benefit mean a buyback benefit available on your registered Device during the Term of this Service Contract at an
assured rate depending on the age of the Device. The Device will be inspected at the time of availing buyback benefit and assured rate will be valid only if the
Device is in Normal Working Condition with no Breakage or Breakdown.

1.2 Breakage means any visible impairment/ externally visible damage occurred to the Device during Contract Period, by involuntary and external means but
excluding minor scratches, dents or any other cosmetic damage not impacting the regular functioning of the Device.

1.3 Breakdown mean a defect, the breaking or burning out (electrical) of any defined parts of the Device arising from mechanical or electrical defect causing
sudden stoppage of their functions, necessitating visit, repair or replacement.

1.4 Buyback Benefit shall mean the final buyback benefit offered by BDP on your the registered Device during the Term of this Service Contract, subject to
the Device meeting the mentioned conditions as per the terms of this Service Contract . Buyback Benefit shall be provided to you by BDP in the form of store
credit at designated store through which you have purchased your Device and this Service Contract, or in the form of gift voucher for purchase of goods
/services or any other suitable mode of transfer at the sole discretion of BDP within 7 ( seven) business working days from the date of receipt of the Device at
BDP location. .

1.5 Device(s) - Includes electronic consumer durables devices owned by You specifically mentioned in above-mentioned table of this Service Contract which
should be for domestic use only not for profit generation purpose and commercial or rental or business use.

1.6 Manufacturer Covered Breakdown - Breakdown covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty during the Manufacturer’s Warranty period. The covered
breakdown will vary for each Device in accordance with the Manufacturer’s Warranty for the said Device.

1.7 Manufacturer’s Recall - Any event wherein due to mechanical or technical issues, the manufacturer of the Device recalls the Device, or the category of
such Devices.

1.8 Manufacturer’s Warranty - The original warranty given by the respective manufacturer in respect of a Device.

1.9 Manufacturer’s Warranty Period - The uninterrupted period of the manufacturer’s comprehensive Warranty covers as stated on the original official
Manufacturer’s Warranty certificate or publication.

1.10 Normal Working Condition: Ability of the Device to perform its specified function subject to the acceptable level of change in performance due to
ageing or climatic conditions. The acceptable level of change for this purpose will be as per the respective Manufacturer’s specifications.

1.11 Normal Use - Use of the Device in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines for device usage including but not limited to regular maintenance and
up-keep of the Device, usage of specified protection devices such as voltage stabilizers.

1.12 Obsolete Device – Any device that is outdated and is no longer in production.

1.13 Official Channel: Manufacturer, Manufacturer Subsidiary company, Authorized Retailer/ Dealer/ Distributor, Authorized Service Partners, Online Retail
channel within India.

1.14 Personal Information/Data: shall mean and include such personal and financial information relating to his/her data /or documents, in any medium
including financial information such as bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details, identification document details including
passport, PAN card details, driving license, etc.

1.15 Service Contract Fee: shall mean the upfront fee that you have paid to BDP to subscribe this Service Contract which is the amount mentioned at the
beginning of this Service Contract. The Service Contract Fee is applicable for the Terms of the Service Contract. The service contract Fee is inclusive of all
applicable taxes. Activation of this Contract is subject to successful payment of Service Contract fee. Unless otherwise stated herein any payment made is non-
refundable.

1.16 Service Partner: means any third-party service provider affiliated with BDP for providing services.

1.17 We/Us: Bolttech Device Protection India Private Limited or BDP

1.18 You/ Your: The Customer whose details are mentioned in the above table/ in whose name the Device invoice has been made to.

2 KEY CONDITIONS:

2.1 The Device must be purchased new from Official Channel and must be supported by Manufacturer’s Warranty

2.2 The Device must be manufactured in India or is legally imported in India. This service is valid only on Device which are purchased and repaired within
India. This Service Contract is valid and available only in India.

2.3 This Service Contract is valid if you are 18 (eighteen) years old or above.

2.4 BDP will provides Assured Buyback Benefit only on selected manufacturing brands and devices which would be informed to you at the time of purchase.

2.5 This Service Contract is only valid for the registered Device mentioned at the beginning of this Contract and must be purchased on the date of Device
purchase. It is not assignable or transferable by you for any reason (including but not limited to the case of the Device being sold to or stolen by a third party).

2.6 You also warrant that you are the rightful owner of the Device registered under this Contract and Device is free from any lien at all the time and on the date
of registration of Service Request.

2.7 ABB benefit is available for the Device that is under the original Manufacturer’s Warranty/ Guarantee. The Device must be used in accordance with the
manufacturer’s guidelines for Device usage including but not limited to regular maintenance & upkeep of the Device. The Device should be genuine and not
counterfeited.
2.8 You must notify BDP in writing of any case of dead-on arrival or manufacturer recall or manufacturer’s warranty replacement along with the details of the
replacement device given by the Manufacturer within 30 (thirty) days as of your receipt of the replacement device from the Manufacturer. This Service
Contract will be available on the replaced Device for the remainder of the Term of Service contract.

2.9 Serviceability: The Services are available only at your registered address and /or the municipal limits of the city from where this Service Contract is
purchased (“Serviceable Location”). BDP reserves right to reject the Service Request if Device is neither at registered address nor any BDP Serviceable
Location without any further liability towards cost, penalty, interest, taxes, etc.

2.10 BDP will pick up the Device from your doorstep after successful inspection and grading of the Device to qualify for Buyback Benefit.

2.11 BDP decision on the Normal Working Condition is final and binding.

If BDP grade your Device as GRADE I, no further deduction will be made to the Assured Buyback benefit available under this Service Contract. If BDP
grades the Device as GRADE II, the Buyback Benefit will be adjusted down at system generated pre-approved rate.

2.12 The eligible Buyback Benefit for your Device will be calculated on the Purchase Invoice value or the Maximum Retail Price(MRP), whichever is lower.

2.13 BDP at its sole discretion reserves the right to calculate the final the Buyback Benefit as per the below grading system:

GRADE I: Assured Buyback Benefit GRADE II: Buyback Benefit

2.14 BDP will not make a claim on any warranty on Your behalf. You must successfully avail the Manufacturer’s Warranty benefit prior to registration of
Service Request with BDP and not in any case on or after the date of scheduled pick up of the Device.

2.15 BDP will try on best effort basis that your ABB request is processed. You agree and acknowledge that if due to any reason, the ABB service cannot be
successfully completed by BDP due to non-serviceable location and/or any reason beyond BDP Control then BDP may refund of the Service Contract Fee at
its sole discretion without any further liability towards additional cost, penalty, interest, taxes, etc. The benefit or any amount will be credited via same mode
used for the purchase or on receipt of Bank details.

2.16 BDP will not be under any liability or obligation in any manner to provide service, maintenance, repairs, or parts for the Device. At all times prior to pick-
up of the Device by BDP or any of its agents/ service partners, the risk of loss of the Device shall be on You. The risk of loss shall pass to BDP upon pick-up
of the Device by BDP. If material loss occurs to the Device after inspection, but before the pick-up of the Device, your rights under this Service Contract will
immediately terminate without notice.

3 EXCLUSIONS APPLICABLE

3.1 Devices with any type of mechanical/ electrical Breakdown or Breakage.

3.2 Devices with active loan agreements on the date of registration of service request

3.3 Service of Device which are not supported by valid Proof of Purchase by You

3.4 Devices with unauthorised modification, alteration, adjustment, repair, service, installation by unauthorised personnel or with use of accessories not
approved by the manufacturer, incorrect electrical leads, or connection.

3.5 Device on which the Manufacturer’s label or logo, rating label or Serial number have been defaced or removed.

3.6 Any condition/act that voids the Manufacturer’s Warranty/ Guarantee would result in Device becoming ineligible for ABB benefit.

3.7 Devices with replacement of factory system software or installation of unauthorised software as not provided by respective manufacturer.

4 SERVICE REQUEST PROCESS:

4.1 You are entitled for service benefit only after 90 (ninety) days from the date of Purchase Invoice of the service Contract. (“No Service Period”)

4.2 You should submit your service request via any of below mentioned channels:

a) Visiting our chatbot Mia available at our https://bit.ly/miaresq and register your request; or

b) Call on 1800-102-8647; Monday to Sunday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm except public holidays.

4.3 While raising the service request, the following details are mandatory (i) Verification through Registered Mobile Number (ii) Complete Residential
Address (iii) Invoice copy (iv) Images of the Device (v) Loan Closure documents, if applicable.

4.4 All service requests are subject to BDP approved inspections. You will have to share additional information/ documents within 7 (seven) days from the
date of BDP communication.
4.5 On successfully registering the request, BDP authorised technician will schedule a visit to your registered address to inspect the Device to qualify for the
Normal Working Condition. (“Eligible Device”)

4.6 Post successful inspection of the Device to define its grade and on successful confirmation from you on final Buyback benefit, BDP through its third-party
service partner will pack and ship the Device in a manner that ensures that the Device will not be damaged during shipment.

4.7 The final assured benefit will be provided to you as a voucher or any other suitable mode of transfer, at the discretion of BDP, within 7 (seven) business
working days from the date of receipt of the Device at BDP location as per the grading system given by BDP during Device inspection. Separate terms and
conditions are applicable to Voucher provided by our Third-Party service partner.

4.8 Upon BDP's successful pick-up of the Device, all right, title and interest in the Device will transfer to BDP. Successful transfer of Buyback Benefit to You
by BDP constitutes fulfilment of all BDP’s obligations under this Service Contract and automatically determines this Service Contract.

4.9 If you are not agreeable to any offer or the settlement option provided by BDP or we don’t receive any communication from you within 7(seven) days
from date of BDP communication, your service request gets closed without any extra cost, compensation, interest or penalty.

4.10 You are responsible for paying and accounting for any sales tax, statutory taxes, levies, duties and cess that may be applicable to You in Your home state
for the sale of the Device.

5 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 BDP shall not be liable to the Customer for any damages resulting from or related to any services performed by BDP hereunder, including, but not limited
to, any loss of data or software, inability of BDP to correct any errors, malfunctions, and defects in the Device/ equipment/hardware/software delay of BDP in
performing any services hereunder.

5.2 In no event, shall BDP be liable to the customer for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or lost profits arising out of or related to services
provided by the BDP under this contract, even if BDP has been advised of the possibility thereof, or knew or should have known thereof.

5.3 BDP including its authorised partners shall not be under any liability for any breach whatsoever nature where breach result from a cause beyond its
reasonable control or contemplation or act of God, industrial action or direction of any relevant Government. (Force Majeure Event).

5.4 The liability of BDP under this Service Contract shall be limited to the Service Contract Fee in above mentioned table.

5.5 BDP is not responsible for personal injury or damage caused to you due to any technical malfunction of any internet network, application /system
software, failure of any transaction because technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet/application.

5.6 Any Legal liability, consequential loss, loss of use or damage/injury by /to third party personal or criminal in nature. However, BDP shall provide utmost
support to the investigating authority with relevant information to investigate.

5.7 BDP shall on best effort basis ensure that your personal information is kept confidential and is not disclosed to any third party except in order to fulfil your
service request. Unless otherwise clearly proven by you to BDP satisfaction that there is negligence by BDP concerning the confidentiality/secrecy of data
privacy while BDP is carrying out its obligations under this Service Contract, BDP shall not be responsible/liable for any violation(s)/breach under the
prevailing and/or proposed Laws (which may come into force) concerning the confidentiality/secrecy of data privacy of your Personal Data.

5.8 You hereby consent to, agree, and acknowledge that BDP may call, send email/SMS/WhatsApp application messages on any of the contact details shared
by you, to assist you with the services availed by you or keep you informed regarding or service or product details or send you any marketing and our other
product related communication and our other offers. Further BDP may use payment gateway services of third-party service provider for the purpose of
Payment to be made by you through BDP Website/ mobile application/ weblink.

5.9 This Contract is does not fall under Insurance Contract and Parties shall only have a principal-to-principal relationship.

5.10 If you receive a benefit as contemplated under this Service Contract and it is later discovered that the service request was dishonest, fraudulent or false,
BDP will take steps to recover from you, such cost of services and /or payment(s) made to you or service partners, either by BDP or a third party, as the case
may be. Also, if BDP determines that your Device is an Obsolete Device, BDP may contact you for instruction to carry out the services or cancel the request.

6 NOTICE AND GRIEVANCE

BDP may give notice by means of general notice on the services to your email address or mobile number on record in BDP account information. It is your
responsibility to check and ensure you visit correct web portal or website or dial in the correct call centre number. In case of any grievance, you may contact
BDP at escalations@techguard.in .

7 INTERPRETATION , GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

The construction, interpretation and meaning of the provisions of this Service Contract shall be determined in accordance with Indian law and by the Courts in
Mumbai.

8 MISCELLLANEOUS

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining
to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. You warrant that the information provided by you and
mentioned hereinabove is accurate and complete. BDP is entitled to, at all times, verify the information you have provided. You agree and accept terms and
Conditions as set forth herein under this Service Contract along with any amendment made by us at our sole discretion and notified to You through the email
you listed in the beginning of this Service Contract. BDP is entitled to terminate this Service Contract at all times and with immediate effect if you (a) violate
or breach the terms and conditions, obligations, representations or warranty or any applicable law or regulation or (b) in the opinion of the company, misuse
the services. Failure to exercise a right or remedy provided by this Service Contract or by the law does not constitute a waiver of rights or remedies. This
Contract will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon BDP, its successors. No assignment of this contract is possible except stated herein. The invalidity of
any term of these Terms shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of this Service Contract.
