Commencement of Renewal Surveys


Reference is made to the survey statement for the job referenced above for the documentation of the result of survey.

Narrative Report

At the request of manager's, vessel was attended for commencement of renewal surveys.
Forepeak tank, Aft peak tank, No.1 to 5 Ballast topside tank ( P & S), Fresh water tank (P), HFO settling
tank (S), No.4 F.O. side tank (P), main deck and hatch coaming were offered for inspection at this port
of call, upon successful completion credited for the same.

Operational survey plans

A survey and UTM planning meeting with DNVGL surveyor, IRS Surveyor Mr. Ashish Panwar, owner's
representative and UTM technician present, was held onboard before surveys were commenced first day.
Safety, schedule, survey requirements, scope, communication and reporting were discussed.
UTM carried out with report number : N1493206

Ship hull structure

The UTM have been carried out by DNVGL approved company Nutech Maritime Services with surveyors in
attendance.
