Narrative Report

As per owner request, the undersigned surveyor did attend on board subject vessel to complete Safety
Equipment Survey, Safety Radio Survey and Cargo Gear Survey.

Upon satisfactory completion, certificates were endorsed.

Vessel general

As per owner request, the undersigned surveyor has attended subject vessel while afloat at Fujairah
anchorage to witness VDR APT, GMDSS annual service and conduct cargo gear annual inspection.
All completed satisfactory and related certificates were endorsed.
