HRIS requirements

1. attendance- biometrics / manual filing if forgot to in/ out using biometrics


- 1ST in/ last out if with repeated logs
2. List ng mga nakaleave for the day/ bday celebrants/ lates
3. Leave application and approvals/ Leave credits (service incentives leave, vacation leave, sick
leave, maternity and paternity)
4. 201 file including movement and increment
5. Employee master list (active and inactive)
Gender/ Designation/ Branch or Department/ Birth month/ Employment Status
6. Computations
a. 13th month
b. Final pay
c. Payroll
Auto-compute increase retro adjustment
d. Employee salary loan- application and auto compute sa payroll (view remaining balance and
maturity date)
7. Payroll Report- need sa accounting
- Per Department
- Per branch
- Disbursement type (BDO savings/ BDO cash card/ cash) (generate bank text file)
- SSS/ Pag-ibig/ Philhealth (Branch and Department, Emploee name, employee share
premium, employer share)
8. Salary rates, allowances and deductions
a. Salary is based on their province
b. Mandatory government deductions (based on the current rules)- can able to change if with
changes
c. Create multiple deduction (type and amount)
d. Tardiness (editable)
- 1 to 29 minutes = 30 mins deduction
- 30 to 1 hour- 2 hours
- 61mins to 2 hours- 4 hours
- Customizable allowances and deductions (amortization for repo unit (kelan ang tapos and
kung magkano balance)
e. Cost of training allowance
f. Upload other benefits (incentives, etc)
9. Employee request and approvals with history
a. Leave filing and OB filing (half day (1st and 2nd half or whole- area)
b. Resolve attendance if forgot to log
c. Document request like COE with or without compensation/ loan acknowledgement receipt/
clearance
10. Monitoring
- Regularization
- Cash bond monitoring (per department/ per branch/ per name) need sa accounting
- 13th pay monitoring- per department/ per branch/ per name (need sa accounting)
