The Dance Event will take place on 24 Feb 2024 at Nathiba Hall.

Instructions

Dance Styles: Participants are free to choose any dance style, including Classical, Contemporary, Bollywood, Folk,
or a fusion of styles.

Performance Duration: Solo/Duet: 3 to 5 minutes; Group: 5 to 8 minutes

Music Submission: Submit your music track in MP3 format. Upload the music on Google Drive during
registration.

Costumes and Props: Participants are encouraged to wear vibrant costumes. The use of props should be minimal
and should not hinder the performance.

Technical Rehearsal: A technical rehearsal will be scheduled to ensure a seamless performance. Attendance is
mandatory.

Respectful Content: Keep your performance respectful and free from offensive or inappropriate content.

Backstage Preparation: Participants should be ready backstage at least 30 minutes before their scheduled
performance time.

Pharmaceutical Supply Chain: Ensuring Access and Quality

Duration: The documentary should have a duration between 5 to 10 minutes. Submissions exceeding or falling
below this time frame will not be considered.

Team Size: Participants can work individually or in a team with a maximum of three members. Include the names
of all team members in the registration form.

Originality: All content, including visuals, audio, and narration, must be original. Plagiarism will result in
disqualification.

Submission Format: Submit the documentary in a widely accessible format such as MP4 or MOV. Also, provide a
shareable link to the documentary on Google Drive or any other online platform in the registration form.

Technical Specifications: Ensure the video resolution is at least 720p (1280x720 pixels). Use clear audio with
minimal background noise and Subtitles are encouraged for better accessibility.

Submission Deadline: The deadline for submitting the documentary is 05 Feb 2024. Late submissions will not be
considered.

pharmaceuticals, culture, or contemporary issues are encouraged.

Language: Poems can be written in Hindi, English, or Gujarati.

Format: Poems can be written in any poetic form such as free verse, rhymed, or structured poetry (sonnet, haiku,
etc.).

Originality: All poems must be original creations of the participant. Plagiarism will result in disqualification.

Length: Each poem should have a minimum of 10 lines and a maximum of 30 lines.

Submission: Rename file as your full name.

Submit your poem in a PDF or Word document.
Upload the document to Google Drive.
Maximum file size is 10 MB.

Naming Convention:
