Good day kids!
Today, we will demonstrate the
process of washing our hands
properly. I want each one of you to
join and participate.
Show pupils how to wash hands
properly and let them perform on
their own.
What's the first thing we do when washing our
hands? We start by wetting our hands with
water.
What do we do after wetting our hands with
water? After that, we put a little soap and rub our
hands together.
What comes next after doing that? Next, we
rinse our hands.
And what's the last thing we do? The last thing
we do is dry our hands.
Very good kids! That is right!
Give each pupil an activity
sheet. A separate paper may
be used for them to paste their
work or may have their
notebook for this. Materials
like scissor and glue must be
prepared before the Step Up
session.
Call pupils to present their
work after the activity.
Let's repeat one by one the steps in washing
your hands. Repeat after me.

Washing Your Hands

First, wet your hands with water.

Then, squirt a little soap onto one palm and
rub your hands until it bubbles.
Next, rinse your hands.
Finally, dry them with a towel.

As you may have noticed, we followed a

sequence when washing our hands.

pizza? Next, we make the dough flat and
round.

Then, what happened after that? Then, we

put tomato sauce and cheese on it.

Finally, let's think about what happened at the

end of the story about making pizza. Finally, we
put it in the oven, and in a few minutes, it's ready
to eat.

Very good, kids! Now, let's go over the steps in

making pizza again. I'll write the steps on the
board. I'll read them first, then we will read them
all together, and then you will read them alone.
Practice these steps until you know them well.
