MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

NOW COMES the undersigned counsel for the plaintiff, and to this Honorable
Court, most respectfully states that:

1. The hearing of this case has been set on 12th August 2022 at 8:30 o’clock in the
morning;

2. However, the undersigned counsel regretfully informs that he cannot attend said
hearing, the reason being that he has another pre-scheduled hearing in an equally
important case entitled “PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES vs. ROMAN
DEXTER SIO”, docketed as Crim. Case No. M-MKT 22-0222-42 CR and
pending before the Metropolitan Trial Court of Makati City, Branch 63.

3. With this, the undersigned is constrained to respectfully request the Honorable

Court to reset the hearing of the instant case to another date subject to the
availability of the Honorable Court’s calendar, preferably on September 14 or 21,
2022.

4. That this motion is made in good faith and not intended to delay the proceedings
of the instant case.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, based on the premises presented, it is most respectfully prayed that

the hearing of the instant case be reset to another date, subject to the availability of the
Honorable Court’s, preferably on September 14 or 21, 2022.
