The exhibition closes at 5pm on 26 April 2024, Friday. Move-out begins from 5pm to 0am on
26 April 2024 but from 5pm to 6pm is strictly for packing and hand carried items only. For the safety of
visitors at the show, exhibitors are NOT allowed to dismantle their exhibits before 5pm
On the night of show close, exhibitors are advised to take note of the followings:
On the evening of show close, 26 April 2024, 5pm to 6pm is reserved for small, light trolley/hand-
carried items removal only. If exhibitors require to move small/ hand-carried items out of exhibition area
before this time, please contact to Organiser at Information Counter. Your cooperation to ensure
smoother and speedier move-out as well as minimise congestion within the loading area, on the evening
of show close will be very much needed.
Remove all hand-carried or easily movable goods and valuables once the show closes at 5pm.
Please do not leave your stand unattended nor leave exhibits/souvenir items for collection on the
nextday. All these items have to be removed from locked-cupboards as furniture suppliers will collect
their furniture on the same evening of show close.
Please note that your suppliers and/or contractors will NOT be allowed into the hall until at least one
hour after show closes - 6pm on 26 April 2024, unless prior approval has been granted by the
Organiser. Removal of heavy exhibits or loaded crates should commence from 26 April 2024, 8am -
12pm. All materials/exhibits must be removed by then.
The government restricts the movement of trucks on the roads, and trucks are only allowed on the
roads during the following times:
Loaded trucks not more than 1.25 tons : 9am – 3pm and 9pm – 6am
**All trucks are not allowed from : 6am – 9am and 3pm – 9pm
IMPORTANT
As it is impossible to provide complete protection against theft, exhibitors should ensure that their
exhibits are properly insured. We do remind you that you are responsible for your exhibits at all times
and that they will be at greatest risk from 5pm on the move-out day. Do not take chances with your
valuables - once they are lost, it will be very difficult to try to recover them. The Organiser will accept
no responsibility for losses or damages of any kind.
D5 NOTES
1) Special Design Exhibitors are advised to check with their appointed stand contractors on the date and
time that their stands will be ready for moving in of exhibits.
2) No late work is permitted. Individual stand fitting contractors must complete their work according to
schedule listed. If contractors do not complete their booth in given time frame, overtime charges are
applicable for working beyond the hours permitted. Exhibitors and/ or their Contractors have to contact
with the Organiser to register and pay overtime fee directly.
