Dear Service Provider:

In an effort provide more detail on your earnings as well as to provide more transparency to the fees you are paying for
the Gig(s) you work, we are excited to announce that PayShark has given a new look to your pay statement/ledger!

As you will notice, there are two distinctly colored rows. One row represents your earnings and the other row
represents the fees you pay. To make it even easier, we’ve given the ability to show more detail by “clicking” on the
row.

In response to some initial questions we’ve received please see those responses below:

1. Does this change my earnings rate or the increase the fees charged by the network or PayShark?
Answer: No. This change does not change your earnings or the fees you pay. It only changes the format of the
ledger and names of the fees.

2. Has LiveXchange and/ or PayShark increased their fee or double charging me?
Answer: No. Fees charged by LiveXchange and PayShark are as per the terms agreed by you with either
LiveXchange or PayShark, as the case may be. Names of the fees have changed as follows:
