Multi-Project: A Multi-Project test is one in which the candidate must apply skills to perform the tasks
given in the Exam Window.

Student checks carefully all information displayed on the screen. After making sure that the information is
correct, tick to the checkbox and click the button to start doing the exam.

1. These Word functions will be disabled when taking the exam:

2. You don’t need to run any other programs to complete the tasks in the exam.

III.3 Requirement area

Navigation buttons in the Requirement area:


1. General information about the project
2. Submit Project: After completing all the tasks in the project, Student clicks button
“Submit Project” to move to the next Project. When finishing all the projects, Student
will see the Summary screen. In this screen, Student can review and change the
complete tasks in the projects. (Note: this change can only be done when exam time is
not up yet).
3. The remaining exam time: When this time is up, the system will show the result screen
automatically.
4. Tasks in the project. Do all the tasks one by one by clicking to the Task ID and
complete the requirements of tasks. Because the tasks may have prerequisites, Student
should try to make sure that you have completed all the previous tasks to make the
current task correct.

Additional functions in the Requirement area:


1. The current project ID and the total number of projects.
2. Personal information of Student.
3. Remaining exam time.
4. Restart Project: remove all works you have done in the project files and put the
project to the beginning state. Note that it will not restart your exam time. So, you
should be careful when using this button.
5. Photo which shows Student appearance.
6. Mark for review: mark a task to be reviewed later. All the marked tasks can be
reviewed and changed (if exam time is not up yet) after completing all the tasks in all
the projects.
7. Mark as complete: mark a task when you have already completed it. Use this button
to know which tasks you have done. Besides, it helps you see the current progress in
the project.
Note: marking does not affect your score.

III.4 Text formats in the task


● “Text in double quotes”: refers to the specific text in the project file.
● Italic text: refers to the needed file to complete the task.
● Bold text: refers to the keywords of Microsoft Office.

● “Underlined text in double quotes”: refers to text which must be typed or copied
from the task to the project file.

IV Exam Summary
Below table shows all the tasks grouped by projects of the exam. The “Mark for Review” and “Mark as
Complete” tasks are displayed in the table. To review and redo the tasks, Student clicks to the task ID on
the left.

V Result
After completing the exam, the system will grade Student’s work and show the result on the screen.
Student cannot do anything else. Make sure that the invigilator comes and records your score.
