ORDER

As per the letters read as 1 st paper above Chief Engineer,

Harbour Engineering Department has submitted a proposal for
Administrative Sanction for Rs. 4.65 lakhs under the head of account
3051-02-001-85-01 -Modernization Research and Development of
HED - Training and capacity building for conducting an Upskilling
programme for 25 technical staff of Electrical and Mechanical Wing for
a period of 5 days at Indian Institute of Infrastructure and Construction
(IIIC), Chavara, Kollam.

Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased

to accord Administrative Sanction for Rs. 4.65 lakhs under the head of
account "3051-02-001-85-01 Modernisation, Research and
Development of HED - Training and Capacity Building" for conducting
an Upskilling programme for 25 technical staff of Electrical and
Mechanical Wing of Harbour Engineering Department for a duration of
5 days in Indian Institute of Infrastructure and Construction (IIIC),
Chavara, Kollam subject to the conditions of deputation of Officers for
training as prescribed in the Government Order read as 2 nd paper
above.
