PROJECT SYKAP: Oras Kalinisan and Oras Kalikasan

INTRODUCTION:

In the heart of Cafe Elementary School, a small but determined community embarked on a
transformative journey known as Project SYKAP: Oras Kalinisan and Oras Kalikasan. This ambitious
endeavor was not just about cleaning up and beautifying our school grounds; it was about instilling
discipline and fostering an appreciation for the value of cleanliness and orderliness in each individual
who walked through our gates.

Project SYKAP emerged from a shared vision to instill discipline and inculcate a deep
appreciation for the value of cleanliness and orderliness in every individual, young and old alike. It was
an aspiration to create a learning environment that went beyond the conventional classroom walls,
where the principles of simplicity, measurability, attainability, and timeliness were integrated into our
daily lives.

Our mission was twofold: to support the clean and green initiatives championed by the Province
of Tarlac and to ensure that our students received a holistic education that extended to personal hygiene,
cleanliness, orderliness, and more. We recognized that the classroom is not just a place for academic
growth, but also for the development of responsible citizens who would contribute to the well-being of
their community and the world.

As we embarked on this journey, we sought to foster a safe, sound, and conducive learning
environment. We understood that the physical surroundings of our school played an integral role in
nurturing young minds, and we were determined to create an environment that would inspire greatness.

Activities:

 Formal launching of the Project SYKAP: Oras Kalinisan and Oras Kalinisan Jingle during Flag
Ceremony – May 15, 2023
 Project SYKAP: Oras Kalinisan Habit Formation (21 days) - May 15 to June 5, 2023 and onwards
 Time: 9:25 – 9:30 AM
 11:25 – 11:30 AM
 4:25 – 4:30 PM
Impact

The impacts of Project SYKAP: Oras Kalinisan and Oras Kalikasan on Cafe Elementary School
and its community have been profound and far-reaching:

1. Cultural Transformation: Project SYKAP triggered a cultural shift within the school community. It
instilled discipline and a heightened awareness of cleanliness and orderliness as core values among

In summary, Project SYKAP has had a profound and lasting impact on Cafe Elementary School,
creating a culture of discipline, responsibility, and environmental stewardship. It has not only

beyond.

 No fund/s was used during the accomplishment and completion of the project

Monitoring Report

Project SYKAP has been instrumental in effecting positive and sustainable change in Cafe
Elementary School. It has transformed the school into a beacon of discipline, civic responsibility, and
environmental stewardship. The impacts underscore the school's unwavering commitment to
nurturing responsible citizens and fostering a conducive learning environment.
