RISK ASSESSMENT

The aim of this Risk Assessment is to highlight any possible hazards that are likely to occur during the
lifting operation.

Upon its completion with either a ‘High, Medium, Low or N/A’ in the Risk Rating box and either a
LOW or ‘N/A’ in the Risk Managed box, the document converts to a site specific assessment.
