Hollow Fiber Technology

Màng MBR sợi rỗng SPERTA được làm bằng vật liệu PVDF gia cường. Sau nhiều năm nghiên cứu

và phát triển, chúng tôi đã thành công hoàn thiện vật liệu sợi PVDF ưa nước đạt hiệu suất cao. Sợi này

được sản xuất trong điều kiện phân tách pha cảm ứng nhiệt (TIPS). Với lớp khung bên trong bằng vật

liệu PET, sản phẩm có cường độ cao hơn (độ bền kéo ≥ 20.0MPa), tính chống bong tróc tốt hơn (độ bền

bong tróc ≥ 1.0MPa), độ xốp cao hơn (≥60%) và thông lượng lớn hơn (≥200L /m2•h-0,01MPa)

SPERTA hollow fiber MBR membrane is made of Reinforced PVDF.

After years of research and development, we successfully developed this high-performance hydro-

philic PVDF product. This fiber is produced in terms of Thermally Induced Phase Separation (TIPS).

With the PET inner-support material, it has a higher intensity (the tensile strength is ≥ 20.0MPa),

stronger anti-peeling condition (peeling strength ≥ 1.0MPa), higher porosity (≥60%), and larger flux

(≥200L/m2·h-0.01MPa).

MBR Technology
MBR là công nghệ xử lý nước mới kết hợp bộ
phận màng lọc với bể xử lý sinh học, hiện nay
đã được ứng dụng rộng rãi trong lĩnh vực xử lý
nước. Hệ thống lọc MBR chủ yếu bao gồm bể
phản ứng sinh học và module màng lọc. Đầu tiên
nước thải đi vào bể phản ứng sinh học. Chất thải
được phân hủy bởi các vi sinh vật trong bể phản
ứng. Module màng có chức năng chặn vi sinh vật
và lọc nước thải.

MBR is a new water treatment technology that
combines a membrane separation unit with the
biological treatment unit. It has broad
application prospects. MBR is mainly com-
posed of bioreactor and membrane module.
Sewage first enters the bioreactor. Pollutants
are degraded by microorganisms in the reactor.
The membrane module is mainly used to inter-
cept microorganisms and filter effluent.
