AFFIDAVIT OF INDIGENCY

I, REMEDIOS REODIQUE ABELLANO of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen and a

resident of Sitio Nag-aso, Barangay Hulogan, Manito, Albay, after having been duly sworn to
in accordance with law, hereby depose and say, that:

1. I am the Plaintiff for Recovery of Possession with Damages against Spouses

Edmundo Reodique and Nenita Brimon Reodique and all other persons claiming
rights over my property known as Lot No. 3747 located at Brgy. Hulogan,
Manito, Albay;

2. Lot No. 3747 was awarded to me by the Department of Agrarian Reform on

December 16, 1991 and was issued a Certificate of Land Ownership Award No.
00011381;

3. In filing this case, I am being assisted by the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO)
Legazpi City District Office 1, Rawis, Legazpi City;

4. I attest to the fact that I no longer earn any income, considering that I am already
81 years old and has no more source of livelihood, except those minimally given
to me by my children and the assistance given to me by the government as a
senior citizen. As such, I am more than qualified to be an indigent client of the
PAO, considering the threshold to be considered as such, per 2021 Revised PAO
Operations Manual, is that my net income should not be more than P20, 000.00;

5. Further, I attest that the gross income of my immediate family, particularly my

children, do not exceed an amount double the monthly minimum wage of an
employee;

6. Also, I attest that I not own real property with a fair market value, as stated in
the appended current tax declaration, of more than three hundred thousand
(Php 300,000.00) pesos;

7. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts,

and to affirm that the same are true and correct, and specifically for the purpose
of complying with OCA Circular No. 67-2007 and Rule 141, Section 19 of the
Rules of Court.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 21 July 2022 in Legazpi City,
