I am Shalsa, with a bachelor's degree in education from Universitas Negeri

Semarang. Through this letter I intend to apply for a job as a counselor. With my
teaching experience as a tutor as well as my knowledge and expertise, I believe that
I can help students find solutions to any problems with my counseling skills. I also
consider myself a very focused and self-motivated person.

As a student, I have read many journals and have received information that
Indonesia lacks counselors who are experts in their fields. In addition, there are still
many counselors who do not come from S1 graduates in the field of guidance and
counseling education, so this can make it difficult for them to understand how the
mechanism for handling Counseling Guidance is and how to guide students
procedurally. It would be great if I had the opportunity to increase the number of
expert counselors in Indonesia.

I have intellectual ability, flexibility, and can develop intimacy. I am confident with
the experience and abilities that I have, I deserve and can become a professional
