Company overview

Tubby fashion is a based fashion clothes for woman plus size brand located in
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. tubby fashion will focus on middle income category
with high end fashion of clothing targeted to all age of women.

Tubby fashion aims to market clothing that is more fashionable than H&M or
Uniqlo, but remains affordable to customer , while retaining a “young” vibe in
plus size shape.

Aisyah Rosli is a designer and entrepreneur originally hailing from Kuala


Lumpur, Malaysia. intends to expand career and interest in fashion industry
make her strike out and create her own clothing brand.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Tubby fashion will market all types of clothing for women in plus size, including
casual, semi-casual, and professional outfits. The company will also sell hats,
belts, scarves, and jewelry, all of which will complement each other to sell
complete outfits. Tubby fashion will aim to create trendy, fashionable clothing
and accessories with a youthful edge.
CUSTOMERS

Tubby fashion main customers will be plus size shape women starting from
teenagers , estimated between age 15 and above. Our products will be priced
appropriately to be affordable for people within middle income category. We
anticipate that our target customers will on the whole possess less disposable
cash than customers outside of our target age range.

MARKETING AND SALES

Marketing for Tubby fashion will be done through signage, flyers, coupons,
direct mail, billboards, strategic business relationships, Internet and social
media. Each marketing aspect will require a cohesive strategy that is mutually
reinforcing to get the most benefit.

FINANCIAL FORECAST AND REQUIRED FUNDS

The company anticipates earning RM 1M in net profits by the end of year three.
In order to remain cash solvent during the first year of startup, the company will
require RM 50,000 to cover the costs of salaries, an initial marketing blitz, and
other incidental costs. Miss Aisyah will provide RM 20,000 of her own money,
and take a RM 30,000 loan from the Bank or government subsidiary to satisfy
startup cost needs.
