Job Summary

Role Purpose

Collaboration with Key Account Managers who


manage Pertamina’s Group to provide IOH
value point and act as consultant of the whole
operation from each value chain stake holders
(Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Operation) of
Pertamina, and able to pitch solution and first
sizing and dimensioning, delivering, and
presenting 1st draft technical and business
proposal as per cust needs and required to
solve the pain points.

Job Description
1. Sales and Solutioning Execution :

Identify and develop new opportunity by use


own network and relationships with clients’
key people across the organization
Define road map activities agenda and
execution to the appointed SEA per
quarterly basis until FY.
Execute corporate sales activities as planned
from AVP – Head of Energy for Indosat
Business services (increase revenue & wallet
share).
Coordinate with Key Account Managers who
manage Pertamina’s Group to find pain
point of the whole operation from each
value chain stake holders (Human
Resources, IT, Marketing, Operation) of
Pertamina, and able to pitch solution and
first sizing and dimensioning, delivering and
presenting 1st draft technical proposal as
per cust needs and required to solve the
pain points.
Architecting the 1st and 2nd Solution for
each pain point need to be resolved
Coordinate with Enterprise Sales Solution,
Marketing, Product Development, Technical
and other supporting functions concerning
proposal preparation of offering solution
and pricing that needed by customer.

2. Account & Solutioning Management :

Having relationship and good engagement


(from Mid Level to C Level Management)
from technical team (under
CTO/CFO/CEO/CMO/SVPs, VPs) across
Pertamina’s Group
Able to grasp customer requirements (DMU)
and needs, offer suitable solutions and
generate new business
Manage His/Her Account Plan his/her to
gather all information from each account
(pipeline, opportunity & sales forecast),
Cross/Up Selling, Manage Bid
Accountable to lead Enterprise Solution to
Develop Sales Project Proposals
Manage sales workforce and monitor sales
performance

3. Sales & Campaign Management :

To ensure the existing acc and new acc


which are not yet providing a reciprocal
business with IOH to be leveraged wisely.
Identify and build relationships with clients’
key people across the organization of its acc
(external) by attending events; also hosting
internal sales meetings and seeking
opportunities to raise IOH’s profile
externally, also engage with existing
partners ecosystem of Pertaminas Group.

4. Team Collaboration :

Execute and achieve functional goals given


by Head of Energy (Superior)
Work co-operatively with other team
members to accomplished delegated tasks
assigned by managers
Provide support, when appropriate, for the
team in cases of absence or unavailability
Provide continuous inputs on Strategic
business acumen

5. External Relation :

Serve as a company representative for external


related functions
In order to build good network in the industry
and keep up to date with new trend

Job Requirements
Qualification

Minmum Bachelor Degree with Engineering


Background
Proven sales executive & Solutioning
experience or exceeding targets with min. 7
year of B2B Sales & Solution Architect
Experience
Having experience in Sales – Technical
Account Manager for Pertaminas Group, or,
Pre Sales
Having Mid to Deep knowledge about B2B
Technical Sales methodology, Server-
Storage-Virtualization, Networks, Cloud,
SaaS, IoT, Security (Perimeter, Application,
End Point, CTI, etc)
Previous experience as a Technical Account
Manager, and preferably coming from SI
company have an engineering knowledge
Proven ability to drive the Technical Sales
process from plan to close
Proven knowledge and experience to sell ICT
& IoT Product across Pertaminas Group
Proven ability in monitor and evaluate the
performance, make recommendations and
also ability to give right direction and use
initiative and judgment

Skills:

Good in English, oral and written


Good in communication, presentation, and
negotiation
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a
strong sales pipeline and contingency plans
Flexible and adaptable in under pressure
situations and meet short and long term
deadlines
Able to use Microsoft office (excel, ppt, doc,
etc)
Having Mid to Deep knowledge about B2B
Technical Sales methodology, Server-
Storage-
Virtualization, Networks, Cloud, SaaS, IoT,
Security (Perimeter, Application, End Point,
CTI, etc
Have a deep knowledge on Telecom, ICT
services, and Technology.
Have a deep engagement to Technology
Principals (Cisco, CP, Google, Palo, RB, Dell,
etc) and Technology Distributors (ComStore,
ECS, TT, NetPol, etc)
