a game for 2 players
Need: 2 dice and 8 counters per player – each player uses a different color
To Play: Players take turns to roll the two dice and add the numbers together. Then they add 9
to the total and cover this number with one of their counters, covering the large number. If the
other player has covered that number, they can ‘bump’ that counter off and put one of their own
counters on it. If that number is covered by one of the player’s own counters, they can add
another counter on top and then they have won that space and no more counters can be
added. You can only ‘bump’ when there is only one counter on the number. The winner of the
game is the first player to use all 8 of their counters.

a game for 2 players Need: 2 dice, 2 different colored pencils
Each player uses a different colored pencil. Players take turns to roll the 2 dice,
add the numbers together and take the total from 20. The player then colors the
answer on the game board. For example – if a player rolls 4 and 3, they will
color 13 (20-7=13). The first player to color a line of four squares is the winner.
The line can go across, down or diagonally.

a game for 2 players
Need: 2 dice and 8 counters per player – each player uses a different color
To Play: Players take turns to roll the 2 dice, add the numbers together and then subtract the
total from 15. Then they cover this number with one of their counters, covering the large
number. If the other player has covered that number, they can ‘bump’ that counter off and put
one of their own counters on it. If that number is covered by one of the player’s own counters,
they can add another counter on top and then they have won that space and no more
counters can be added. You can only ‘bump’ when there is only one counter on the number.
The winner of the game is the first player to use all 8 of their counters.
On a turn, a player covers a square of their choice. Before they cover the square, they must
answer the subtraction correctly. The first player to cover 4 in a row is the winner. The line can
go across, down or diagonally.
Each player uses a different colored pencil. Players take turns to roll the two
dice and add the numbers together. The player then multiplies the total by 7
and colors this number in the game, e.g. if a player rolls 3 and 2, they color
35. The first player to color four in a line is the winner. The line can go
across, down or diagonally.

Players take turns to roll the 2 dice and add the numbers together. The player then multiplies
the total by 2 or 3, finds the answer on the board and covers it with a counter. For example, if a
player rolls 2 and 5 which add to 7, the player could cover 14 or 21. The game ends when a
player can’t complete their turn. The other player is the winner.

Each player chooses a school bus

to use for the game. Players take turns
to roll the 2 dice. The player then adds,
subtracts, multiplies or divides the 2
numbers on the dice and covers the
number they have created. For example,
if a player rolls 2 and 6, they could cover
8 (2+6), 4 (6-2), 12 (2x6) or 3 (6÷2).
Play continues until one player has 7 8
covered every number on their bus. This
9 10
player is the winner.

a game for 2 players
Need: 2 Dice and 8 counters per player – each player uses a different color
To Play: Players take turns to roll the 2 dice and add the numbers together. They then find an
equation that equals the total and cover this equation with one of their counters, covering the
large equation. If the other player has covered that equation, they can ‘bump’ that counter off
and put one of their own counters on it. If that equation is covered by one of the player’s own
counters, they can add another counter on top and then they have won that space and no
more counters can be added. You can only ‘bump’ when there is only one counter on the
number. The winner of the game is the first player to use all 8 of their counters.
