LEGAL NOTICE

Under the instructions of my client Smt. Shylaja Prabhu,

Daughter of Sri. Prabhakar Prabhu, residing at Flat No. F01,
2nd Floor, Tuscan Infinite, 1st A Cross, Chenna Kesava Layout,
Kacharakanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560084, I do hereby
issue this notice to you as hereunder: -

1. My client states that my client purchased an apartment in

Tuscan Infinite Apartment from you.

2. My client states that you have illegally constructed an

additional room along with a bathroom on the terrace
space without obtaining any necessary permissions from
appropriate government bodies. Furthermore, this has
taken away basic living rights of my client and the same
has affected her peaceful living.

3. My client further states that your illegal construction

has caused the main water supply valves on the Apartment

 terrace to interrupt, preventing water supply to client’s
apartment, thereby taking away my client’s necessities
away and causing a grave deal of stress to my client.

4. My client states that due to your illegal acts the walls

of my client’s flat are having cracks and seepages and
the same has affected the healthy and peaceful living of
my client. Furthermore, my client resides in her
apartment with her mother who is 86 years old, and the
constant seepage of water has caused her health to
deteriorate. This has caused my client a great deal of
stress and anxiety.

5. Furthermore, my client states that on multiple occasions

she has approached you to fix the issue but to no heed.
Further you have threatened my client of dire
consequences if any action was taken against you.

6. Therefore, I hereby demand that you to demolish the

illegal construction and restore the terrace to its
original condition, failing which you will be liable to
face legal consequences and appropriate action from the
enforcement department.

You are liable to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees

Twenty-Five Thousand Only), towards the charges of this
legal notice.
