He has a very beautiful daughter named Putri Dyah Ayu Pusparani.

down their marriage proposals.

"You must get married soon, my daughter," said Prabu Brawijaya.

“Father is getting old, I know you are looking for a great husband. Father has an idea, Father will hold a
contest. For any man who can stretch Kyai Garudayaksa's bow and lift Gong Kyai Sekardelima, he will be
your husband," he continued.

Putri Dyah Ayu Pusparani was speechless.

He knew his father really wanted him to get married.

She only hoped that she would marry a great man.

He knew bows and gongs had magical powers.

So the winner must have supernatural powers too.

One by one people try to stretch the bow and lift the gong. But nothing worked.

They were injured, their arms and backs were broken.

King of Brawijaya plans to stop the competition.

owever, before he could stop her, a man came up to him. "Don't stop the contest now. I haven't tried it
yet. “

Everyone stares at him. He's so weird. His head is not like a human head. He has the head of a bull.

"What's your name?" asked the king.

"My name is Lumbuura." replied the man.

Then he tried to stretch the bow, he succeeded. The next exam, he must lift the gong.

Once again, he succeeded.

Everyone clap. They were all amazed by his strength. But Princess Dyah Ayu Pusparani felt sad.

She never thought that she would marry the bull-headed man.

King Brawijaya was also sad. But he had no choice. He must keep his word.

Later, he asked his men to prepare a wedding ceremony. The ceremony was getting closer and Putri
Dyah Ayu Pusparini was very sad.

He really wanted to cancel the wedding. He was in deep thought. Finally he had an idea. He told his
father.

"Father, ask Lembusura to make a well at the top of Mount Kelud. The well is for me to bathe in,” said
Putri Dyah Ayu Pusparini.
King Brawijaya understood the plan. He asked Lembusura to go to the top of Mount Kelud. Lumbuura
agrees.

Arriving there, Lembusura dug the ground. He dug until the hole was deep. Suddenly, several soldiers
pushed him into the hole. They buried him alive. Lembusura is helpless. He couldn't do anything about
it. Before he died, he cursed the King.

"King of Brawijaya, wait for my revenge! I will destroy your kingdom! cursed Lumbuura.

Everyone was terrified. They were very sure that Lembusura would take revenge on the kingdom. Until
now, every time Mount Kelud erupts, people say Lembusura is carrying out his revenge!
