Observed poor hazardouse waste disposal. Hazardous waste must be disposed in chemical
waste collection point at site.

Found scaffolding without any tag at B-01. Ensure scaffolding tag must be provided, if not
required dismantle the scaffolding.

Inadequate edge protection at IDF room level-5. Ensure that edge protection provided properly.
