Using damaged lead cables at level 6. Zone C. Removed from usage, ensure all lead cables are
inspected prior to use.

Foundprotruding threaded rod without caps. Provide caps for the protruding threaded rods at
level 5.

Found wooden debris at B-1, it’s a fire hazard. Ensure housekeeping at this location.
