Dear Dr. Moore,

Please consider my express application on the position of Customer Service Support
Representative - online and by telephone part time job at Zephyr Lab company. Also, to
become a fan of Zephyr Lab company product antivirus during my work in Jarir bookstore.
Since that experience became a fan for Zephyr Lab product, and to bring my enthusiasm to
your team.
I graduated from Prince Muhammad bin Fahd University from College of Computer
Engineering and Science with an honour of experience in Information Technology.
Additionally, with the most of operating systems including Windows and Linux. During my
work in Panda Supermarket as IT Support Service, I helped with technical issues such as
software installation, hardware repair, and networking. Also, I provided advice on how to
improve existing IT systems to received many calls dealing with difficult situation from
unhappy customers which I solved with the utmost courtesy.
I gained good experience in the field of security during my work in Jarir bookstore and I was
part of IT security team. As part of my duties and evaluated many antiviruses to make sure is
secured. The Zephyr Lab product was ranked high among others which fortunate to work.
Additionally, I reviewed existing security protocols and develop new strategies to ensure the
company data is secure.

My goal is to joint Zephyr Lab company and to be part of Customer Service Support team.
My IT knowledge and customer relation skills should qualify me for such job. Because I’m a
harder worker. Also, available at any time for an interview and my recommendation letters
