the Occupancy Certificates (OC) for Tower 1 and Tower 2 very soon.

However, to ensure the timely completion of the remaining 5 towers, we kindly request your continued cooperation. Specifically, we
would like to propose an early payment discount @9% p.a. against your possession dues, which can be made partially or full, by doing
so, we can allocate the necessary resources and expedite the construction process in your tower.

Your support in this matter will not only benefit you as a valued customer but also contribute to the overall success of ATS Rhapsody.
