What has been done: FSE checks ports 15 and 16 on the CJK0652W121 switch, the condition of the port light is blinking

then FSE is asked to move the cable on ports 15 and 16 to the CHK0710W0RW switch and the system status is Up.

Final update: The server can be used again normally
