What has been done: FSE Has checked the server : 9KLZMS3 which indicated a problem, FSE is supported according to
instructions

Please provide the following details:

- TSR log from server. Here's a guide to retrieving logs via iDRAC: https://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/sln306670/export-a-
supportassist-collection-and-perc-log-via-idrac-9- poweredge-14g?lang=en

- Can the current server still boot into the OS?

- Does an error appear on the screen if it cannot boot? Please send a photo of the error.

- Please ask the user to power cycle by: removing all power cables from the server. In the absence of a power source, press and hold the power
button for 30 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and turn on the server. Please let us know what the results are.
