Detox Diet: (Only for One Week)

Upon waking up:

• Two glass Lukewarm Water + 2 Tsp Lime Juice + ½ tsp immunity powder . Mix it
well & drink. (It’s compulsory to drink 500 ml water first thing in the morning as
your metabolism shoots by 30 to 40 % and your whole body becomes Alkaline)

• After that 5 Almonds + 2 Walnuts + little Sunflower seeds & Pumpkin seeds (all
soaked overnight except walnut & then have the nuts in the morning, throw the
water )+ 3to 4 black seedless raisins soaked in two strands of saffron overnight
in little water. Eat it in the morning and drink that water also

• One small banana

After fifteen minutes or before breakfast (Green juice): compulsory to drink as it


helps in weight loss

• Ingredients of green juice : 50 to 60 gms Spinach, 1/2 Cucumber, 1/2 carrot, very
little Bitter Gourd (kerala), 1/2 raw Potato, 2 Cloves Garlic (optional), little bit
ginger, 1/4 white Radish, little Coriander Leaves & 8 to 10 Morianga leaves or ½
tsp morianga powder & Tulsi leaves.

• Method: Take all the above ingredients cut into pieces & Churn into a mixie, grind
well then strain out all the fibre add 150 ml to 200 ml hot water and squeeze 1 full
deseeded lime into it & drink (don't add any salt or sugar) it tastes quite fine. Pl
sit down and drink, don’t gulp it down. It’s very important to have as it’s a detox
juice only for one week.

Breakfast:
• 2 Chillas made out of Sprouts or 2 green Moong Dal Chilla with Tomato, Onion &
Paneer filling or 2 yellow Moong Dal Chilla with Paneer filling +only green chutney
Once a week you can take 2 idli + a small bowl sambhar + chutney or veg masala
oats
• 1 cup ginger herbal green tea or black tea with the same tea leaves or black coffee
if you want otherwise avoid

11 to 11.30 am

• take chamomile tea without milk and sugar it reduces belly fat

One glass Sabza seed water half an hour before lunch ( take ½ tsp sabza seeds put it in
the bottle in the morning only and drink water from it ..once over again refill )

LUNCH: (around 1 pm)


• Every day Start your food with salad ..green salad ( cucumber + 1 carrot + 1/2
beetroot)

• I small bowl rice ( 35 GM’s uncooked rice ) + rajma or moong Dal or veg kadhi +
veg of your choice like cabbage or beans sabzi or bhindi etc except potatoes and
cooked carrots sabzi
• one glass thin buttermilk

OR

• Green salad + one bowl veg Khichdi +one bowl skim curd

OR

• Green salad + burito bowl with lettuce and kidney beans + one glass thin
buttermilk

After one hour of lunch take tumeric tea or chamomile tea

4.30 pm:
• 1 cup green tea + 6 to 8 peanuts + 5 to 6 roasted pumpkin seeds + 4
Almonds + 5 to 6 roasted sunflower seeds or a small bowl dry bhel with
roasted Channa and peanuts

6 pm or after work: compulsory to take


Again 1 glass freshly prepared green juice (same way as made in the morning)

After 20 minutes of green juice you can have dinner

Dinner: (latest by 8 pm )
• Green salad (one cucumber +1/2 carrot +1/2 beetroot)
• One bowl sprout salad or lettuce vsalaf or any salad of your choice but no
cream or mayonnaise in it
• 100 GM’s paneer in any form like palak paneer cutlets ( made on non stick
with very less cold pressed oil) or paneer Tikka or paneer burji etc
• 50 GM’s broccoli compulsory to eat every day as it’s very healthy and helps
in weight loss ( boil it and make like grilled veggies ..if you want you can add
above paneer , onion , capsicum , zucchini , salt , pepper, chilli flakes ,
oregano in it )
• one small bowl skim curd or Raita or thin buttermilk
• If still hungry then a small of veg quinoa or a bowl of soup you can have

Sometimes you can interchange lunch and dinner

Before Sleep:
In 1 glass lukewarm water add one tsp lime juice+ ¼ tsp immunity powder .. mix it well
& have it

V. V imp –

• No fruits / No Sugar / No milk / No eggs / No non veg / No eating out in this


week/ nothing made of maida like Maggie or noodles or bread / No biscuits / No
chips / No soft drinks / only fresh lime soda salted is allowed.
• You can have green tea / chamomile tea or black coffee as many times you want.
• Salad is compulsory to eat both times especially cucumber, carrot, half beetroot
& half radish . You can eat any salad whenever hungry
• Drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water compulsory
• 1 to 2 glass of water, half an hour before lunch and half an hour after dinner and
strictly no water during meals
• Compulsory to do 45 minutes workout five days in a week
• Chew your food very well and eat slowly without any gadgets
• Sound sleep of 6 to 7 hrs minimum . Sleep latest by 11 pm
• No stress as it raises cortisol hormones
• Use only Himalayan pink rock salt
• Use only cold pressed oils
• Make your food in cast iron vessels
