    Deployed to DC Tuesday, Wednesday


    Suited up, got down there, got our gear on
    Went from Independence to that W Terrace spot and pushed from there (15:40 - 15:50 arrived,
    left at 0300 1/7/21)
    Understood I'd be taking steps back, ask people to leave first, then push them off the Capitol
    steps (according to USCP or MPD commander), we ended up at the North side maybe, opposite
    of Supreme Court and LoC
    Gas mask, helmet, blue uniform, riot gear - foam chest pad, elbow pads, shin pads (no shield)

    Upper W Terrace

    Lot of people, yelling and screaming, voicing opinions


    We were given order to move, they decline to move, we advanced line and pushed
    People started pushing back, I got hit with water bottles in the head, have no idea where they
    came from, could kind of see where things were coming from
    Couldn't begin to tell you who did it
    Controlled chaos
    I saw people, I wouldn't be able to pick them out, but they were pushing back against officers
    o No one that would stand out
    o Probably no one would stand out
    o No weapons that I saw
