Summary
Based on our findings from the Organizational Structure, Leadership,
Environmental Analysis, SWOT Analysis, and the Competitive
Advantage, we believe that investing in employee satisfaction,
continuing to partner with other companies, and finding low cost
products would help Tesla stay at the top of the electric vehicle
movement.
