CONTRACT OF LEASE EXTENSION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract is made and entered into, by and between –

________________, a corporation duly organized and existing under and

by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with principal place of business at
Manila, represented in this act by its ___________, ___________,
hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR,

-and-

____________________, a corporation duly organized and existing under

and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with principal place of
business at ___________________ Manila, represented in this act by its
___________, ___________, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE.

WITNESSETH: THAT

The parties have entered into a Contract of Lease on ___________ covering the
premises known and designated as _________________ for a period of one (1) year,
from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

The parties have agreed to extend the lease for one (1) year, from January 1,
2021 to December 31, 2021.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the

parties hereby agree as follows:

1. The monthly rental shall be ONE HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND PESOS

(P109,000.00), Philippine currency, which shall be covered by twelve (12) postdated
checks.

2. Should the LESSEE decides to pre-terminate the lease for any reason, six
(6) postdated checks shall be returned by the LESSOR to the LESSEE, without penalty
for pre-termination.

3. All other terms and conditions of the existing lease shall remain in full force
and effect.
