NTHU PME 2431 Manufacturing Processes

TERM PROJECT FINAL REPORT INSTRUCTION

Due: Friday, Jan 19, 2024 @ 12 pm

A title page and table of contents are required. The content must include but not be limited
to the following items (you can add items by yourself):

I. Product Design 產品設計

Introduce the product (three-view drawing) and explain the design concept (why you chose
this item to make, what functions you want to achieve, etc.).
介紹產品(三視圖)並說明設計理念(為何選擇這項物品製作，想達到的功能為何等)。

II. Practice 實作
 Trial casting (Each item may include original design, photos of results, problem
analysis and discussion, and possible correction plans.)
試鑄造(各項內可包含原始設計、成果照片、問題分析與討論以及可能修正方案。)
1. PLA mold printing (may include 3D printing mold design, size, positioning
structure, wax injection port, runner, and other important design explanations.)
模具列印 (可包含 3D 列印模具設計，尺寸、定位結構、射蠟口、流道等重要設計說
明。)
2. Wax injection 射蠟
3. Plaster mold making (may contain design explanations for brackets, runners,
and other related components)
石膏模製作 (可包含支架、流道等設計說明。)
4. Tin alloy casting 鑄造
 Casting (Each item may include revised design, photos of results, problem analysis
and discussion, and possible correction plans.)
正式鑄造(各項內可包含修正後設計、成果照片、問題分析與討論以及可能修正方案。)
