III. PROBLEM PRESENTED:

Client came to our office asking for financial assistances for her brother burial
service expenses because his family is financially hard- up.

IV. FINDINGS:

1. Client is a bonafide resident of Barangay Lantangan, Carles, Iloilo.

2. Client’s late brother died last November 6, 2023 at Barangay Lantangan, Carles, Iloilo
due to drowning.
3. The deceased was a breadwinner of his family with father of 4 children.
4. Client’s late brother was a mere fisherman while his wife is a plain housewife.
5. Client’s sister-in-law is depended to his brother which the sudden loss of her brother
brought dilemma to them.
6. The remain of her brother was already buried but they had a remaining balance for
funeral service expenses at Ly Marcelo Funeral Homes, Carles, Iloilo is amounting to
P 35,000.00
7. Client family relatives gave financial help but not enough to cover up their debt’s to
pay the burial expenses of her late brother’s funeral service.
V. EVALUATION / RECOMMENDATION:

This is the case of a bereaved family who is very much worried where to secure
the needed amount to pay the cost of her late brother’s funeral service expenses
because they are penniless.

Based on the above findings, the undersigned recommend the above-named

client for financial assistance from your agency.
