Dec-21 - We will continue to respond to direction provided by the Vic Gov in

response to the ongoing Pandemic.

Jan-22 - No futher updates or significant announcements.

Dec-21 - Tender process is being confirmed with Robyn Anthony from
Procurement Dpt and is schedule to commence on early 2022.

Jan-22 - Tender process with the Procurement team has commenced and
tender documents for public submissions will be available on 28 February
2022.

Next steps and timeline

• Tender advertising process to be completed by 31 March 2022

• Communication and Engagement with Comm’s team to commence on 1
March 2022
• Evaluation of tenders and evaluation report to be completed by 30 April
2022
• Contract awarded and notification to unsuccessful tenderers by 11 May
2022
• Implementation of GIS mapping and installation of signage to be
completed by 31 May 2022
• Go live 1 July 2022

Dec -21 - Health Team has recently received authoirisation from the EPA and
is working through SOPs to be able to investigate issues.
New change of Food Act coming in July 2022 and the Team will map out
processes for this as well as a new fee.

Dec-21 - Work has been held up due to COVID challenges. We will seek to
re-launch this initiative in 2022 in partnership with our Communications Team.
