Re: Invitation to Submit Quotation/Tender

You have been shortlisted for the above with the following details as reference:

1. The works undertaken shall consist of the Scope of Works as per the attached BQ/documents.

2. It is compulsory to fill in the BQ provided and return the same to us.

3. As part of the requirement to tender, you are required to attend a compulsory site visit which
shall be as follows:

Date : 23 January 2024 (Tuesday)

Venue : Lobby Tower A, Ground Floor

Residensi Rabung KL Timur
No 5 Persiaran Melati Kuarza
53100 Kuala Lumpur

Time : 10.00 a.m

Invited tenderers who fail to attend the above site visit are not allowed to collect the
quotation documents thus, prohibited from participating in this exercise.

4. Kindly register yourself at the security post (if applicable).

5. You should understand the scope of works required and satisfy yourself before submitting your
quotation. This should also include any costs related to the Covid-19 tests required for all
workers who will be assigned at our site.

6. It shall be understood that the lowest or any quotation shall not necessarily be accepted and
that in no case shall any expense incurred in the preparation of this quotation be allowed.

7. Payment will only be made for item which work has been carried out and verified by the client
whilst the rest will be omitted.

8. The Contractor shall be liable for and indemnify the Employer against any expense, liability,
loss, claim or proceedings arising in respect of personal injury to or the death of any person in
the course of carrying out the works.

9. Please be informed that should the work is awarded to your company; you are required to
provide us the lists of workers and their MySejahtera profile and vaccination status. We will
only allow workers who have completed 2 doses of vaccination and booster shot.

10. The quotation document will be distributed to you during the site visit.

11. All quotations are to be submitted by 12.00 noon on 30 January 2024 (Tuesday) into the
tender box located at:
