PRE-WRITING

The teacher will make a list about


some benefits of karate for mental health, such as: Benefits of karate for
mental health:

Reduces stress and anxiety.

Improves concentration and memory.

Increases self-esteem and self-confidence.

Develops discipline and self-control.

Promotes physical and mental health.

WHILE-WRITING

The teacher shows some sentences about how sport helps mental health
where the students will have to make some sentences.
