1. What have you learned in the following aspects?

a. Skills
During my first week as a pre-service teacher, I learned a wide range of useful
skills that would surely help me in my teaching future. First, my cooperating teacher
taught me the value of communicating and building great relationships with pupils. I
learned how to successfully present knowledge and create a good and inclusive learning
environment using a variety of strategies, including active listening and clear
explanations. Furthermore, my cooperating teacher taught me the importance of
adaptability and flexibility in class design. By witnessing and participating in their
lessons, I learned how to change and adjust teaching methods and resources to meet the
different needs and skills of the students. Overall, these experiences have provided me
with the necessary skills that will enable me to become a more effective and
compassionate educator.

b. Knowledge
During my time as a student teacher, I had the opportunity to work with an
outstanding cooperating teacher who shared vital knowledge and skills. One of the most
essential lessons I've learned from her is the importance of fostering an enjoyable and
inclusive learning atmosphere. She taught me that creating a caring and supportive
environment helps children feel comfortable and eager to learn. In addition she has taught
me a variety of instructional strategies and techniques, including differentiation and
formative assessment, which have been shown to be helpful in increasing student
engagement and growth. Overall, my cooperating teacher has not only provided me with
practical teaching skills but also encouraged me to become a compassionate and
dedicated educator.

c. Attitude
My cooperating teacher taught me the crucial attitude of adaptability and
flexibility. Throughout the week, she emphasized the significance of being adaptable and
ready to amend lesson plans on short notice based on student requirements. Their
willingness to try new tactics and approaches, even if they were unconventional, taught
me that the key to effective teaching is being responsive and adaptive rather than rigidly
adhering to a predetermined plan. This approach has influenced not only my teaching
style, but also my ability to accept difficulties and become as an educator.

d. Values
During my teaching practicum, I was able to gain numerous valuable lessons from
my cooperating teacher. One of the most important lessons I learned from her was the
idea of developing good relationships with pupils. She highlighted the need of getting to
know each student personally, recognizing their backgrounds, talents and limitations, and
adapting lessons to their particular wants and needs. By creating a secure and supportive
classroom atmosphere, she demonstrated the value of empathy, patience, and respect,
encouraging kids to take risks, collaborate, and survive academically and socially.
Through her instruction, I learnt that making meaningful relationships with kids is not
only necessary for good teaching, but also for each young learner's overall growth and
development.

2. Share your unforgetable experiences.

My answer would be simple yet genuine, and it touches my heart. When we officially
deployed to our respective classrooms, and since we were not suffling, it
meant that my students were as before; when they
saw me, they hugged me tightly, and then the next
day, some of them gave me letters and food. One
thing I never forgot about that day was when one
of my students, who didn't say anything on my
first day, greeted me and said, "Welcome back,
ma'am." He is the kind of student that you cannot
make angry with because he is quite kind and quiet in the class.

Another remarkable and enjoyable experience I had in the first week was when my
coppering teacher asked me to do class. At first, I felt trembled due to nervousness and
excitement; however, when I was in the middle of my discussion, I really felt ecstatic because
they were participating in the class. and it seems they're comfortable around me. I hope it will be
consistent, and I am very thankful that I am their student intern.
